Shared Spaces
The design of this community began at the height of the pandemic where people were feeling isolated and alone. We wanted this project to create a sense of community among neighbors in this small pocket of North Seattle. We created unique shared spaces to foster community and interaction between neighbors. The shared spaces include a communal fire pit and BBQ area, as well as a shared hammock amongst fruit trees for a more contemplative experience elsewhere on the property. The property is loaded with flowering trees to draw neighbors out in the spring,
